Returns & Exchanges
Buying shoes online means sometimes the size is off. That's normal, and it shouldn't cost you anything. You have seven days from delivery to exchange or return, and size exchanges are free both ways.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- Tell us whether you want a different size, a different pair, or a refund.
- Repack the shoes in their original box with the tags still attached.
- We arrange the courier pickup — you don't need to visit an office.
- Your exchange ships as soon as the parcel reaches us; refunds land in 3–5 working days.
What we can't accept
- Shoes worn outdoors — scuffed soles mean we can't resell the pair.
- Returns started more than 7 days after delivery.
- Orders missing the original box or tags.
- Deliberate damage or alterations to the shoes.
Common questions
How long do I have to return or exchange shoes?

Seven days from the day your order is delivered. Message us on WhatsApp within that window to start the process.
What condition do the shoes need to be in?

Unworn outdoors, with the original box and all tags intact. Trying them on indoors on a clean surface is fine and expected — that is the only way to check the fit.
Do I pay for return shipping on an exchange?

No. Size exchanges are free — we cover the courier both ways.
How do refunds work on cash-on-delivery orders?

We transfer the refund to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa, whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
Can I return sale items?

Yes. Sale items carry exactly the same 7-day return and exchange terms as full-price items.
What if the shoes arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp the day it arrives. We will collect the parcel and send the correct pair at no cost to you.
