Terms of Service

An order placed on Urban Step is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we confirm it. We may decline an order — for example if an item has sold out between your order and our confirmation, or if the delivery address is outside our service area.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a correction affects your order, we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel.

We photograph our products carefully, but screen calibration varies and colours may look slightly different in person. Descriptions and measurements are given in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

Stock levels shown on product pages reflect live inventory. In the rare event an item sells out simultaneously across channels, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

We accept cash on delivery, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Cash-on-delivery orders are paid to the courier at the door. We do not process or store card details.

For cash-on-delivery orders, repeated refusal to accept delivered parcels may result in future orders requiring advance payment.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Typical delivery is 2–5 working days, longer for remote areas. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays outside our control can happen.

Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 5,000. Below that, a flat delivery charge applies and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete address and a reachable phone number. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient may incur a redelivery charge.

Our returns policy is set out in full on the returns page and forms part of these terms. In summary: 7 days from delivery, shoes unworn outdoors, original box and tags intact, free size exchanges.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent activity or abuse of our returns policy.

The Urban Step name, logo, site design, product photography and written content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
