Shoe Size Guide
Ordering shoes online only goes wrong for one reason: the size. Measure once using the method below, match it to the CM column, and you'll get it right the first time. If you don't, every order includes a free 7-day size exchange.
How to Measure Your Foot
- Place a sheet of paper flat against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — this is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the edge of the paper at the wall to the mark, in centimetres.
- Repeat for the other foot. Feet are rarely identical — always use the larger of the two.
- Match that measurement to the CM column in the tables below.
Measure in the evening. Feet swell over the course of a day, and a shoe fitted to a morning measurement will feel tight by dinner.

Sizing Questions
How do I measure my foot size at home?

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, and measure from the wall to that mark in centimetres. Measure both feet in the evening — feet swell during the day — and use the larger measurement against our CM column.
Should I size up or down if I am between sizes?

Size up. A shoe that is slightly roomy can be adjusted with a thicker sock or an insole; one that is too tight cannot be fixed and will cause blisters.
How much growing room should I leave in children’s shoes?

About a thumb’s width — roughly 1 cm — between the longest toe and the front of the shoe. Re-measure every two to three months, as children’s feet grow in sudden bursts.
What if the size I ordered does not fit?

You have 7 days from delivery for a free size exchange, provided the shoes are unworn outdoors and in their original box. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.
Do all brands fit the same way?

No. Sneakers generally run slightly larger than formal shoes, and sizing varies a little between brands. Each product page notes if a particular style runs small or large.
